Renjith Markose is a Retired Junior Warrant Officer (Education Instructor) of the Indian Air Force, known for his distinguished service in education management, exam administration, and trainee mentoring. With over two decades of experience, he has effectively managed Air Force schools, conducted high-stakes examinations such as AFCAT and STAR, and played a key role in training, counselling & mentoring airmen and recruits. He holds a Master’s in Library & Information Science and has completed his Master’s in Psychology(Counselling). Renjith is highly skilled in leadership, organizational management, curriculum development, and is trained in Suicide Prevention & Mental Well-being training (NIMHANS, 2022). He is widely recognized for implementing smart classroom initiatives, organizing educational seminars, motivational talks, and is a recipient of commendation for his dedication and professionalism. Renjith's exposure to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), leadership training by C-LABS(Indian Air Force), language training by British Council-India (BCI), POCSO workshop etc., showcases his nuanced and compassionate approach to education, training, student career guidance & mentoring.
